His Highness obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and Science from the University of Portland in the United States of America.

He also held the position of Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Kingdom of Spain. His Highness was appointed as the Deputy President General of Youth Welfare, as well as an advisor to the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Assistant to the Minister of Interior for General Affairs with the rank of Minister.

His Highness chairs the Council of the Eastern Province Development Authority, the Eastern Province Council, the Board of Directors of the Saudi National Society for Human Rights, and the Eastern Province Traffic Safety Committee.

He leads the journey of development and progress in the Eastern Province, contributing to the achievement of Vision 2030 and improving the quality of services provided to citizens, while enhancing the region's status as a vital economic center in the Kingdom.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management from Suffolk University in the United States, and a Master's degree in International Relations and International Law from Kent University in the United States.

His Royal Highness held the position of Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Interior, Assistant Undersecretary for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Labor, Assistant Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, and Housing for Client Experience and Customer Service, and CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate.

He served as Secretary of the Riyadh Region, Chairman of the Projects and Planning Center at the Higher Commission for the Development of Riyadh City, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee under the High Committee for Supervising the Implementation of King Abdulaziz Public Transport Project in Riyadh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Holding Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Development Company, Chairman of the Riyadh Region Services Council, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Development Support Center.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University in 1982, and a Diploma in Advanced 

He has held positions such as Project Engineer at the Riyadh Municipality, Mayor of Onaiza, Secretary of Al-Ahsa, Vice President of the World Energy Cities Partnership (WECP), President of the Gulf Road and Transportation Engineering Association, and Vice President of the British Civil Engineers Association in Saudi Arabia.
 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University.

He was appointed Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology in 2018, and he also served as the General Manager of Cisco Saudi Arabia.

He also holds several membership positions in various government bodies and organizations.
 

He is a leader and strategic expert in investments across various local and global investment sectors.

He has contributed to the success of many companies and organizations, and his expertise has been sought by numerous governments as an expert in public-private partnership deals.

He holds several positions, including Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Chairman of the Board of the National Housing Company, and Vice Chairman of the Board, of the National Waste Management Center.

Omar S. Al-Abdullatif joined Sharqia Development Authority as Chief ExecutiveOfficer in May 2023, bringing with him over three decades of experience in the Energyindustry, having previously led different functions within Saudi Aramco, includingLand Affairs and Government Affairs.

Al-Abdullatif holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering fromKing Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), has completed theExecutive Program at IMD, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degreein Electrical Engineering from KFUPM.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering from the University of New Mexico, and a Master's degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

He has held several prominent positions, including Project Manager at Saudi Aramco, Project Manager and Advisor to the CEO of Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Medical City, General Manager of the General Directorate of Housing at the Ministry of Health, Assistant Minister of Health for Support Services, and Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services for Road Operations and Maintenance.
 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with first-class honors, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Security Sciences.

He has held positions as an investigation officer in the General Security, Director of Jeddah Police, Director of Jouf Police, and Director of Eastern Region Police.

He also chaired the board of directors of the Security Forces Housing Fund in Dhahran and the board of directors of the Security Forces Housing Fund in Al-Khobar Province.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in 2005.

He serves as the Secretary of Hafr Al-Batin Province in the Eastern Region, and previously held the position of Mayor of Onaizah Province, preceded by Mayor of Al-Majma'ah Province, and Mayor of Dharma'a Province from the tenth rank.

He chairs the Investment Committee of Hafr Al-Batin Province, and the Executive Committee for Visual Distortion Remediation in the Province.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the College of Architecture and Planning - King Faisal University, Department of Urban Planning, in 1995.

He has held various positions, including Assistant Mayor of Western Dammam Municipality, Director of Development Control Department at the Eastern Province Municipality, Mayor of Central Dammam Municipality, General Manager of Urban Planning, Deputy Assistant Secretary-General for Development and Projects, and General Supervisor of Urban Planning.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of California in 2002, and a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2005 from the same university. He also completed a Leadership Development Program at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.

He is a non-executive board member of Al-Raziqah Investment Company, a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi British Business Council, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Russian Business Council.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in 1985, followed by a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 1998 from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

He currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services. Previously, he held positions such as Senior Vice President for Operations and Business Services at the agency, Vice President for Saudi Aramco Affairs, and Vice President for Human Resources. He also served as the head of the office of the Minister of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources.

Additionally, he chairs the board of directors of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Company and is a member of several other boards of directors of companies and institutions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from Bradford University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Specializing in the industrial, energy, and mining sectors, he is interested in developmental and charitable initiatives, as well as community service.

He also serves on the boards of directors of 33 companies, in addition to being a member of the Saudi American Business Council and the Mining Partnership Council in the NIDLP program.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from King Saud University with distinction and honors.

He chairs the board of directors of the Taafeer Charitable Association and the Bab Recruitment Platform. He is also a member of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Director of Al-Jabr Holding Company.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Planning from King Faisal University in 1989.

He has held positions as CEO of Oasis Business Complex Company and former department manager at Saudi Aramco.
